Books are always a great present.
Christmas was so fun with Jesse this year! I thought for sure that he would waste no time tearing into everything, but I was mistaken...he took his sweet time all morning, which was even better to watch. He would open a present or two, play with them, take a break. Open another present, play, take a break. I think it took over an hour, not including our breakfast break.

After lunch we hit the road to Kansas City to fly off to Maryland. It was a little touch and go with the weather, we had blizzard conditions the whole day and night before. Our plane took off on time and we made it Maryland without much trouble (except for the 1/2 hour it took to get into our parking spot at the airport due to snow drifts!).
